Ah well, he learned a lot from that. We're going to have to freeze some too, since we were blessed with so many of them from our garden. I had no idea five little pepper plants could produce so many peppers!!Valerie @ Frugal Family Fun Bloghttp://www.frugalfamilyfunblog.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2919085430036876974.post-65878781213396261062009-09-01T15:09:50.064-05:002009-09-01T15:09:50.064-05:00Great tip!

I completely spaced to put on my gloves when I was chopping up Cherry Bombs. Cherry Bomb Hands are NO fun! I use gloves religously now, for that very reason. I spent yesterday chopping up peppers and freezing them. :) They were just bell peppers though...no jalapeno hands here. :) <br />I wash and dry the peppers thoroughly. Then dice and place them spread out on a cookie sheet. I pop them in the freezer and leave until frozen. Then just put them in jars or other containers. I can then just reach in the freezer and get a handful whenever I need/want them. :)Lorihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14394535542992175579noreply@blogger.com
